We invite businessmen to participate in webinars

From August 10 to November 30, 2015 the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation will hold a series of free online seminars (webinars) on questions in the sphere of small and medium business on a platform of the Federal portal of small and average business.

We inform all interested businessmen that the following webinar will take place on August 17, 2015 on a subject: "Checks of State Labour Inspection: that the employer should know" on the following questions:

- Checks of State Labour Inspection at the enterprise: basis, carrying out order, terms;

- Types of checks. Reason for unplanned and planned checks. The rights and duties of the employer and the State inspector of work when carrying out check;

- New in standard and legal base. Types of responsibility. Documentation which is subject to presentation to the state inspector of work: main requirements;

- The typical mistakes of employers leading to violation of the labor legislation, legislation on labor protection, the rights of the worker - the review of inspection practice;

- Results of check: the documents processed following the results of check. Appeal of actions, solutions of labor inspection: bases, terms.

For participation in a webinar it is necessary to undergo procedure of registration on the site of the Federal portal of small and average business.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov paid a working visit to the Arsky Municipal district

As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents.
