The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in a meeting of the working group on discussion of the bill of the approval of the Plan of measures on increase of values of indicators of availability to disabled people of objects and services of the Republic of Tatarstan

On July 20, 2015 the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasyl Shaykhraziyev held a meeting of the working group on discussion of the bill of the Republic of Tatarstan "On modification of separate acts of the Republic of Tatarstan" and the draft of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the approval of the Plan of measures on increase of values of indicators of availability to disabled people of objects and services (road map) of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2016 - 2020".  

This bill is developed by the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of RT for reduction in compliance with the Federal law of December 1, 2014 No. 419-FZ "About modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation concerning social protection of disabled people in connection with ratification of the Convention on the rights of disabled people". Carrying out the actions providing access for disabled people to objects of social, engineering and transport infrastructures, objects of culture and communication, to the general property in apartment houses, creation of the federal register of disabled people are provided in the bill.

During a meeting the question of establishment of a transition period was discussed. During this period public authorities of RT  will develope and implement "road maps". Their main objective will be a reduction of the operating objects of social, transport and engineering infrastructures in compliance with standards of the bill.
