From July 1, 2015 the Unified register of checks started it's work

According to the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of 28.04.2015 No. 415 "About Rules of formation and maintaining the Unified register of checks" since July 1, 2015  the beginning of work of the Unified register of checks and rules of its formation concerning implementation of federal state control and supervision is provided.

The resolution was developed within implementation of Federal Law "About Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs at Implementation of the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control".

The document established rules of formation and maintaining the unified register of checks, structure of information in it and an order of ensuring openness of data on results of carrying out control actions. Functions on ensuring formation and maintaining the unified register of checks are assigned to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.

According to the resolution the unified register of checks has to contain information on check and control authority which carries out it or carried out, about the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur concerning whom it is carried out or carried out, about results of check, the taken measures for results of control action, and also execution or the appeal of results.

Now from the moment of the beginning of carrying out check all information on it will be reflected in uniform system, and also will be available in the form of open data.
