The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Pelevin participated in a meeting of Presidium of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning training of young specialists on branch of culture

On June 30, 2015 the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov held the meeting of Presidium of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan devoted to a subject of training of young specialists of branch of culture. Action took place in the Government house of the Republic of Tatarstan in the video conferencing mode with connection of all municipal areas of the republic. The First Deputy Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin, the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - the chief of staff of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Gafarov, representatives of the republican ministries and departments, cultural figures of RT participated in a meeting. The main report was made by the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Sibagatullin who noted that a personnel condition of branch are characterized by existence of such serious problems, as aging of branch (average age of branch – 44 years, according to 16 percent of specialists of branch – people of a retirement age); absence of motivation; leakage of perspective shots to other regions; steady deficiency of qualified personnel in areas of the republic. At a meeting it was noted that measures of stimulation of future experts of area of culture, and also closer interaction of potential employers and educational institutions are necessary.
