The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation started the RIE uniform information portal

On June 24, 2015 the secretary of state – the deputy minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Oleg Fomichev carried out a briefing about work of a uniform information platform  of the regulating influence estimation (RIE). During action the open orv.gov.ru portal on which all information on an assessment of the regulating influence will be published was officially started.
We remind that RIE is the state procedure based on dialogue of business and the government. Its purpose - prevention of unreasoned regulation which can entail additional burden of business. Within carrying out RIE drafts of regulations pass the comprehensive analysis, are estimated on expediency, adequacy and need. In case the bill (the order, the resolution, etc.) is recognized unreasonably complicating business activity, the conclusion of RIE prepares as negative. An integral part of the RIE procedure are obligatory consultations with business community.
During a briefing Oleg Fomichev noted that the important problem of RIE is a creation of dialogue of business and the power, therefore quality of information channels for work with procedure is extremely important. He also noticed that the new site will be integrated with the updated version of the uniform Regulation.gov.ru portal, its regional analogs and the internal interactive application of the ministry allowing to collect all statistics within work with RIE.
The director of the department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Vadim Zhivulin presented "sightseeing tour" on orv.gov.ru, told about unique opportunities of the site. Also Zhivulin reported that it is very important to give the broadest access to business and society to information on what decisions authorities prepare .
