From June 18 to June 20, 2015 in St. Petersburg the Petersburg International Economic Forum will take place

On June 18, 2015 there begins the work the Petersburg International Economic Forum. Action will be held under the motto "Time to work: through joint efforts to stability and growth" in exhibition complex of Lenexpo.

Representatives more than 1,6 thousand companies will take part in work of a forum. On a forum there will be delegations from China, Greece, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, there confirmed the participation of 36 ministers from 28 foreign states and 9 ministers and members of the governments from the CIS countries, Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

The Republic of Tatarstan on a platform of a forum will be presented by delegation headed by the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhannov.

The official business program of a forum this year is based on four main units: "World economy: new calls and the horizons", "Development of the human capital and competences", "Russia - space of opportunities" and "Break expectation: technologies and innovative solutions". More than 560 speakers and moderators will participate in the business program of a forum.

Besides, organizers added a new format of discussion - debate wich will allow to discuss the most acute issues from different positions. Also signing of a number of large contracts is expected.

Plenary session with participation of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin will become the central event of the PIEF.
