Rules of formation, the statement and maintaining schedules of purchases are approved

The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed resolutions No. 552, No. 553, No. 554, No. 555, "About improvement of mechanisms of planning and justification of purchases of goods, works, services for federal and municipal needs", brought by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
According to No. 44-FZ an order of formation, the statement and maintaining plans and plans schedules of purchases for federal and municipal needs, and also requirements to their form are established by the Government. The order of the statement and maintaining plans schedules of purchases for regional and municipal needs is defined respectively by the supreme executive body of the power of the subject of Federation and local administration with the requirements established by the Government.
The made decisions are directed on realization No. 44-FZ about planning of purchases of goods, works, services for federal, regional and municipal needs and will promote increase of efficiency of ensuring the state (municipal) needs. The approved rules and requirements of documents come into force since January 1, 2016.
By December 14, Tatarstan entrepreneurs will be able to apply for selection to the Platform for Growth acceleration program through the SME.RF Digital Platform.
From December 11 to December 14, St. Petersburg will host the New Year's Eve exhibition "New Year's Gift" of entrepreneurs' products, which can be attended free of charge with state support.
Under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, a meeting was held in Tatarstan on the organization of work programs for the implementation of federal projects that are part of the National Technological Leadership Projects (NPTL).
Tatarstan citizens can take part in the All-Russian survey on satisfaction with the security of banking services, which can be taken until November 28.
