Changes are made to the Order of development, realization and an assessment of efficiency of state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 31.12.2012 No. 1199

The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of May 16, 2015 No. 346 made changes to the Order of development, realization and an assessment of efficiency of state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 31.12.2012 No. 1199 "About the statement of the Order of development, realization and an assessment of efficiency of state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the list of state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan".

The accepted changes fixed need of submitting for examination along with the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of projects of state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also projects of changes in the approved state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan.

These changes are accepted taking into account implementation of provisions of the Budgetary code of the Republic of Tatarstan (in edition of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of December 18, 2014 No. 127-ZRT) according to which legislative (representative) public authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation are granted the right to carry out consideration of projects of state programs of the subject of the Russian Federation and offers on modification of state programs of the subject of the Russian Federation in the order established by the legislation of the subject of the Russian Federation.
