The president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin held a meeting of the Commission on monitoring of achievement of the target indicators of social and economic development designated by "May decrees"

On May 7, 2015 the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin held a meeting of the Commission at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of target indicators of social and economic development of the Russian Federation. The question of the course of performance so-called the "May decrees" concerning the social sphere was on the agenda: health care, education and compensation.

As Vladimir Putin said in the speech, "in May decrees strategic objectives of our development are designated, their achievement is urged to provide dynamic development and self-sufficiency of the country, wellbeing of citizens of Russia".

The president of the Russian Federation noted that the overwhelming number of regions provided growth of salaries of workers of the social sphere to the average level on economy, the number of the inefficient organizations incapable was reduced to provide appropriate quality of services for citizens. Serious steps in development of preschool education were taken, the program of resettlement from a hazardous dwelling is restored, issues of employment of disabled people are resolved.

The Republic of Tatarstan also treats such regions.
