A number of the round tables and seminars devoted to development of clusters took place

Within the second day of work of the II International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" a number of round tables and seminars of the clusters devoted to development and realization of cluster policy, advance of cluster initiatives of Russia took place.

So, I passed a seminar on the subject "Advance of Cluster Initiatives at the Federal Level" as which key speaker the head of department of innovative projects of Department of social development and innovations of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Semyon Vuymenkov acted. The representative of the federal ministry step by step considered mechanisms of strategic planning, and also plans for their realization on the example of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

Also the round table on a subject "The card of cluster initiatives of Russia took place: the purposes, options, realization, effects" as which moderator the head of department of cluster policy ISIEZ NIU of HSE, the head of the Russian cluster observatory Evgeny Kutsenko acted. Within a round table the presentation of the "Card of Cluster Initiatives of Russia" project directed on stimulation of intercluster communication, the international cooperation, informing potential participants, investors, businessmen, authorities about the existing cluster initiatives took place. Implementation of this project will allow to create a uniform database about quantity, scales of activity, a branch orientation, degree of a maturity and other important characteristics of cluster initiatives.

Besides, the director of the department of social policy and innovations of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Artyom Shadrin together with the Executive director of Association of innovative regions of Russia held the seminar devoted to the forms of support of innovative clusters existing today. In particular, the main directions of allocation in the current year of subsidies for support of innovative territorial clusters within the competition held by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, and also key requirements of Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere to the joint innovative cluster projects which are carried out by small business were in detail discussed.

Representatives of executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, and also the cluster specialized organizations, including from Moscow and the Moscow region, Perm Krai, the Kaluga, Samara, Kemerovo, Chelyabinsk areas, etc. were participants of these actions.
