Monitoring of introduction of the best municipal the practician on creation of comfortable conditions for business began

On April 22, 2015 in a conference hall of Council of the Tyulyachinsky municipal area the adjusting meeting on introduction successful the practician, directed on improvement of investment climate and development of small and average business at the municipal level took place.
The head of the Tyulyachinsky municipal area Ildus Zaripov, the head of department of investment activity of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Igor Gubaidulin, the head of Representation of the Agency of Strategic Initiatives (ASI) in the Volga Federal District Raphael Zaynutdinov, the curator of introduction of the best the practician in the Tyulyachinsky area from ICQ Ivan Avrakh, the staff of local governments and businessmen of the Tyulyachinsky area participated in a meeting.
During meeting Ivan Avrakh lit the main areas of work of ICQ regarding improvement of conditions of conducting business and investment activity. Representatives of Executive committee of the Tyulyachinsky area presented the best municipal practicians who will be introduced in the area within a year.
We will remind, the best municipal practicians were brought together ICQ CLIENTS in the special collection – the atlas and presented for the public in the fall of 2014. The special working group was engaged in drawing up the Atlas. Representatives of federal and regional authorities, local governments, "Business Russia" and the SUPPORT of Russia, representatives of institutes of development and financial institutions were its part.
The atlas represents the collection successful the practician of activity of the local governments aimed at the development and support of small and average business at the municipal level.
The Tyulyachinsky municipal area – the only region of the Republic of Tatarstan where piloting of successful experience of 65 municipalities for improvement of investment climate and development of small and average business is carried out.
Also during formation of the Atlas of ICQ the best practice which is already realized in the Tyulyachinsky municipal area was noted:
In 2012 in Tyulyachakh the Industrial park "Tyulyachi" was created - one of the first parks located in the rural area specializes not by the branch principle, and by the principle of a choice of initial material from which production for various branches of economy will be created. Use of polymeric materials which possess the inexhaustible potential of opportunities for development of productions is the basis for specialization. Today the park totals 6 residents:
JSC Interpak - production a stretch film, plastic bags.
JSC Tyulyachinsky Pipe Plant makes pipes from polypropylene and polyethylene for water supply, gas supply and the sewerage.
JSC Kryazh provides services in utilization of old tires, makes soft bulk rubber coverings for the open and covered areas, a rubber tile, and also a rubber crumb.
JSC Fimako - lets out plastic products of household and industrial function.
JSC Avangard-Stroy makes fire-fighting equipment, hardware, fire-prevention doors, fire-prevention hatches.
By December 14, Tatarstan entrepreneurs will be able to apply for selection to the Platform for Growth acceleration program through the SME.RF Digital Platform.
From December 11 to December 14, St. Petersburg will host the New Year's Eve exhibition "New Year's Gift" of entrepreneurs' products, which can be attended free of charge with state support.
Under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, a meeting was held in Tatarstan on the organization of work programs for the implementation of federal projects that are part of the National Technological Leadership Projects (NPTL).
Tatarstan citizens can take part in the All-Russian survey on satisfaction with the security of banking services, which can be taken until November 28.
