Features of management of clusters in the Republic of Tatarstan considered during a seminar for representatives of the centers of cluster development

From March 30 to April 1, 2015 the Higher School of Economics with assistance of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Fund of assistance to development of small enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere and the Russian venture company held a seminar for representatives of the centers of cluster development and governing bodies of clusters.

At conference the structure of cluster policy, and also feature of management of clusters in the Republic of Tatarstan, in the report was reflected by the head of the Kamsky center of cluster development Lenar Akhmetov. Also the delegation of Tatarstan was represented by representatives of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster – Sergey Chernukha and Vitaly Palagin. 

The main action of the first two days was the training program of the CEO of the Center of cluster development of Upper Austria – Verner Pamminger "Secrets of success of the center of cluster development". During discussions tasks of JSC Russian Venture Company in the sphere of development of clusters and regional innovative ecosystems in 2015 and the actual directions of development of the centers of cluster development in Russia are discussed.

In day of closing of a seminar the Russian cluster observatory of NIU HSE presented the "Card of Cluster Initiatives of Russia" project.
