Following the results of 33,5 thousand checks of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in 2014 about 42 thousand violations are revealed

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan following the results of 2014 prepared and sent to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation the summary Report on implementation of the government of the Republic of Tatarstan by executive bodies and local governments of regional state control (supervision) and municipal control in the Republic of Tatarstan. In the Republic of Tatarstan at the legislative level in general 26 types of the state control (supervision) which are carried out concerning the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs falling under action of the Federal law of December 26, 2008 No. 294-FZ "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control" were defined.

Following the results of implementation of regional state control (supervision) in 2014 by the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan of all types of control:
- 25,2 thousand inspections of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs were carried out;
- during checks about 40 thousand violations were revealed;
- imposed penalties on total amount are more than 59,0 million rubles;
- 5,8 thousand resolutions on imposing of administrative penalties were issued;
- the sum of the paid penalties made 45,7 million rubles.
