Within the agreement concluded between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the State of Israel about cooperation in industrial research and development, the Fund of infrastructure and educational programs from the Russian Federation and Office of the Main Scientific Ministry of Economics from the State of Israel is declared selection of the Russian-Israeli projects in the field of industrial research and development.
