According to the Resolution of the government of the Russian Federation No. 791 "About establishment of a ban on the admission of goods of the light industry coming from the foreign states, for implementation of purchases for ensuring federal needs" for the federal needs which aren't relating to the state defensive order, it is forbidden to buy a row of goods of the light industry coming from the foreign states (except Republic of Belarus and Kazakhstan). Fabrics, ropes, ropes, a twine and networks, clothes from skin, footwear, fur products, overalls, plates, sheets, strips from porous rubber for shoe soles belong to such production.
