The winner of the regional stage of the “Mom Entrepreneur” competition was announced in Tatarstan

The name of the winner of the annual competition, an educational project for mothers with a business idea or a working project, has become known in the republic.

This year it was Inna Shaykhutdinova with the project "Creative workshop". She received a grant of 150,000 rubles for the development of the business and the possibility of obtaining a plot in a federal competition.

The Mom Entrepreneur program is an educational project that helps open up new opportunities for women who want to combine material and business. He helps the participants realize their potential, gain the necessary knowledge and support to realize their own business.

From May 18 to 22, the participants of the program held a five-day educational intensive at the My Business center: they conducted trainings from leading speakers in their field, active businessmen created by women, and prepared to defend their project before an expert commission.

A total of 130 applications were submitted for the qualifying stage, of which 35 precinct officers were selected based on the results of the selection for the regional stage of the program. The final was attended by 20 contestants who presented their business projects to an expert jury.

Inna Shaikhutdinova is an entrepreneur from Nizhnekamsk, the founder of the 4RUKI Society and the ART SPACE School of creative development. Since September 2025, she has been launching author's projects, introducing innovative methods of teaching and developing creative potential.

In the "Creative Workshop", experts help teenagers from 10 to 17 years old to implement their author's projects — from the idea to the creation of their own product. In the workshop, students master design and decorative and applied arts, study traditional craft techniques and modern technologies, create products with their own hands, engage in 3D modeling and many others.

"Mom Entrepreneur" clearly demonstrates how systematic support in writing with personal initiative allows you to create sustainable business projects. "The Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan, together with regional business support institutions, provides women with access to educational resources, financial instruments and infrastructure so that their great entrepreneurial potential can be fully realized," said Natalia Kondratova, First Deputy Minister of Economy and Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Department.

Recall that last year Lyudmila Sabirova became the winner of the regional competition with the project "Not a school, it is possible not only for children". She received 150,000 rubles for business development.

The project helps children and adults to develop so-called soft skills, supra-professional interdisciplinary "soft skills", with pleasure and without stress. For more than half of the work, more than 200 children and adults have completed the courses.

The initiative has been implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan since 2013, with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate Enterprise Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan NPO MKK as part of the implementation of the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy”. 

The federal stage has been held since 2023. 

Women with underage children or on maternity leave, including female adoptive parents, female guardians, female caregivers or foster mothers, as well as women who did not participate in the Mom Entrepreneur program, can be appointed to the competition.
