The Ministry of Economy proposes to discuss the procedure for granting subsidies for the conversion of vehicles to use gas as fuel

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan invites representatives of business associations to participate in public consultations on legislative initiatives. 

Starting from June 8, 2026, an expert examination of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 06/21/2021 No. 484 "On approval of the Procedure for granting subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to legal entities and individual enterprises engaged in the conversion of vehicles to use natural gas (methane) as a motor fuel, in order to compensate for lost income in connection with with the provision of discounts to vehicle owners for the specified work by persons performing the conversion”. 

The purpose of the examination is to assess the achievements of those involved in the development and adoption of regulatory objectives, the effectiveness of the proposed method of legal regulation, the assessment of the actual provisions and the negative consequences of the proposed method of legal regulation through the analysis of law enforcement practice. 

We invite representatives of business associations and other interested parties to participate in public consultations within the framework of the examination of the specified regulatory legal act. The public consultation period is from June 8, 2026 to July 7, 2026.
