During the autumn holidays, Tatarstan schoolchildren will take part in seminars on the basics of entrepreneurship
600 schoolchildren who have successfully completed the Business Games, the first stage of the large–scale School Business Start project, will take part in the upcoming practical entrepreneurship tours. The students will be guided into the modern business world by business coaches and invited experts from among entrepreneurs.
The events are scheduled for the autumn holidays. From October 29 to October 31, 2025, practical tours will be held for 500 schoolchildren from large cities, and from November 3 to November 5, 2025, 100 schoolchildren from remote areas will gather at the Volga Youth Center.
Practical tours, which include various conferences and business meetings, will allow the students to delve deeper into the topic of entrepreneurship. Business coaches and invited entrepreneurs, whose activities are related, among other things, to high-tech industries, will share their experience and conduct master classes. Thus, teenagers will have a unique opportunity to communicate directly with experts: ask questions and comprehend interesting processes.
First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan - Director of the Department of Business Development Natalia Kondratova: "Through interaction with experienced entrepreneurs, project participants will gain valuable practical skills that cannot be learned from textbooks. Such experience, of course, helps to solve real problems, develops creativity and self-confidence.
We are convinced that through such projects, young people will be able to prepare for the successful launch of their business ideas in the future. The Ministry of Economy supports initiatives aimed at developing children's and youth entrepreneurship and, of course, will contribute to the implementation of similar programs in the future."
Following the results of the events, the teams will present their projects to the jury. An annual charity fair is expected to be held in December, which will allow teams to showcase their products and services, and potential buyers to evaluate and purchase them. In 2026, the School Business Start project will continue its work in the format of a business case championship. The final meeting of school business companies is planned to be held in the spring of 2026. The outcome of the entire training process will be the awarding of the winning teams ceremoniously in the city of Kazan.
The practical tours will become the next link in the republican project "School Business Start", implemented within the framework of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
It is organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and the My Business Center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
School Business Start has been held since 2022. During this time, more than 45,000 school students took part in it.
