Tatarstan entrepreneurs will have the usual payments and reports in May

23 April 2025, Wednesday

In May, entrepreneurs will have the usual payments and reports. However, it is worth paying attention to the number of holidays and weekends this month. So, if the payday falls on a public holiday, it must be paid the day before, and also because of the holidays, the deadlines for personal income tax at the beginning of the month are shifted.

The entrepreneur's calendar from the SME Corporation helps to keep track of the deadlines for paying taxes and submitting reports in order to avoid penalties and fines.

By May 5, organizations and IPs employees send a personal income tax notice for April 23-30 and pay it (if employees were paid at that time).

Until May 15, organizations and sole proprietors with employees pay contributions to the SFR "for injuries" for April.

Until May 20, importers of goods from the EAEU countries pay indirect taxes and submit a declaration for April.

Until May 26:

· organizations and sole proprietors with employees send:

- notification of the amounts of insurance contributions to the tax service for April and personal income tax for the period from May 1 to May 22;

- personalized information about individuals for April;

· organizations and sole proprietors on AvtoSTS pay tax for April;

· organizations on general taxation system  that have switched to paying tax on actual profits submit a declaration for April;

· Manufacturers of excisable goods submit declarations.

Until May 28, they pay:

· organizations and sole proprietors with employees – insurance contributions to the tax for April and personal income tax for the period from May 1 to May 22;

· organizations and sole proprietors on general taxation system , STS and Single Agricultural Tax - VAT (if you do not use the exemption due to low income under Clause 1 of Article 145 of the Tax Code);

· organizations on general taxation system – a basic income tax advance (if they have not transferred to payment for the quarter in accordance with Clause 3 of Article 286 of the Tax Code);

· manufacturers of excisable goods – excise taxes;

· self–employed - self-employment tax for April.

Accredited IT companies submit an application for confirmation of accreditation by June 1.

We remind you that the Entrepreneur's Calendar service can be configured for work tasks and receive notifications about payment deadlines and reporting.

The material does not contain information about events that are atypical for small businesses (mineral extraction tax, payment for negative environmental impact, reporting to the USAIS, additional insurance premiums, etc.).
