Tatarstan entrepreneurs were reminded about the February financial statements

The second month of the year does not require much effort from entrepreneurs in terms of reporting and paying taxes. In February, businesses need to pay 6 personal income tax for the past year, organizations pay property taxes. The Entrepreneur's Calendar from the SME Corporation helps not to miss the reporting dates.

By February 3, organizations and sole proprietors with employees send a personal income tax notice for January 23 - 31 (if they were paying employees at that time) and pay it by February 5.

Until February 15, organizations and sole proprietors with employees pay contributions to the SFR "for injuries" for January.

Until February 20, importers of goods from the EAEU countries pay indirect taxes and submit a declaration for January.

Until February 25th: 

· organizations that own land / transport send a notification for the payment of property taxes for 2024;

· organizations with real estate that submit a declaration (objects taxed at the average annual cost) or a notification (objects taxed at the cadastral value);

· organizations and sole proprietors with employees are referred to the tax service:

- calculation of 6-personal income tax for 2024;

- notification of the amounts of insurance premiums for January and personal income tax for the period from 1 to 22 February;

- personalized information about individuals in January;

· organizations that have switched to paying tax on their actual profits submit a declaration for January (please note: the declaration form has been updated);

· organizations and sole proprietors on AutoUSN, pay tax for January;

· Manufacturers of excisable goods submit an excise tax declaration.

Until February 28th: 

· organizations with real estate and transport pay property taxes for 2024 (on property, land and transport);

· organizations and sole proprietors with employees pay insurance premiums to the tax service for January and personal income tax for the period from February 1 to February 22;

· organizations pay an advance on income tax on general taxation system (if they have not switched to paying for the quarter in accordance with Clause 3 of Article 286 of the Tax Code);

· organizations and sole proprietors pay VAT on general taxation system and Single Agricultural Tax (if the exemption under clause 1 of Article 145 of the Tax Code is not used);

· self-employed pay self-employment tax  for January;

· Manufacturers of excisable goods pay excise taxes.
