Tatarstan business will be helped to find a foreign buyer of goods and services

The Russian Export Center (REC) will help Tatarstan entrepreneurs find buyers of goods and services in friendly countries. The service is provided free of charge and is aimed at companies that have identified a target market, have a high degree of export readiness, or are already supplying their products to foreign markets.

The service is provided in 16 countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Vietnam, Egypt, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Uzbekistan.

As part of the service, REC specialists analyze information about the company based on: 

• they will determine the prospects of the client's products in the target market;
• they will communicate with the Russian exporter to clarify the profile and field of activity of potential foreign clients (if necessary);
• A preliminary list of potential foreign partners in the target market will be compiled.;
• They will search for the contact details of those responsible for interacting with new suppliers;
• They will send out your presentation materials on a point-by-point basis;
• They will clarify their interest in your products and their willingness to negotiate.;
• They will provide a final report with a list of potential foreign buyers and their contact information;
• They will prepare a set of recommendations for further communication with clients and the use of financial and non-financial services of the REC, including for the conclusion of an export contract;

To receive the service, you need to collect the following set of documents: 

• Analytical report substantiating the choice of the market. A product-country report with specific conclusions about the prospects of products in the target country, made by a company representative in writing in free form, can be accepted as a credit for the analytical reference;
• Presentation of the company and products (according to REC recommendations);
• A commercial offer for a potential buyer (according to REC recommendations).
