Tatarstan entrepreneurs attracted almost 10 billion rubles of concessional financing under state guarantees in 2024

In 2024, Tatarstan entrepreneurs were able to attract 9.84 billion rubles of debt financing with the help of state guarantees, which were provided as part of the implementation of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Enterprises".

The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, provided assistance in the form of guarantees to entrepreneurs and self-employed citizens of the Republic who, according to the conclusion of Banks, have a stable financial position, but do not have sufficient collateral to obtain a loan. 

In 2024, 715 entrepreneurs benefited from the support of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 4.1 billion rubles, which helped them attract debt financing in the amount of 9.8 billion rubles for business development.

It should be noted that Tatarstan entrepreneurs operating in the manufacturing sector received the largest amount of guarantee support - 1.2 billion rubles. Businesses often used the funds raised to purchase equipment, vehicles, real estate, settle accounts with suppliers, and execute contracts. 

As a reminder, entrepreneurs from almost all sectors of the economy can apply for warranty support, including those operating in rural areas, exporters, residents of industrial and industrial parks, as well as online retailers. The exceptions are entrepreneurs engaged in gambling, financial and insurance services. 

The implementation of government guarantee programs continued this year, including through partner products. The support is provided under the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
