Tatarstan schoolchildren earned more than 140 thousand rubles at the charity fair on the national project
Half of the proceeds will be donated to a charitable organization. The fair became a part of the republican project "School Business Start", which is being implemented as part of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship".
The organizers of the program for involving schoolchildren in entrepreneurial activity are the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan with the support of the My Business Center.
The event, which is taking place in Kazan on the eve of the New Year for the third time, brought together more than 120 young entrepreneurs from all over the Republic of Tatarstan, who presented their unique ideas and products.
The participants offered products of their own production - New Year's toys, accessories for phones, products from various raw materials with national elements, sweets and desserts.
This year, the guys earned a record amount for the fair - 140 thousand rubles. According to tradition, half of the funds were traditionally donated to charitable purposes - the rehabilitation of the ward of the charity organization "Good Kazan", 22-year-old Pavel, who was diagnosed with perinatal pathology of the Central nervous system and hydrocephalus from birth.
At the fair, the students not only sold their products, but also shared stories of their creation, their business projects and the difficulties they faced in the preparation process.
Entrepreneurs also became guests of the fair, who shared their personal business stories and cases with the guys.
"The charity fair has become a good tradition, which not only promotes the development of entrepreneurial skills among schoolchildren, but also cohesion, creating an atmosphere of cooperation and mutual assistance. Every year we notice an increasing interest in entrepreneurship on the part of teenagers. This inspires us, as organizers, to continue the project and implement new ideas," said Natalia Kondratova, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The School Fair is the final event in 2024. However, a business case championship will be held for the project participants in early 2025. The final meeting of school business companies is scheduled for spring 2025. 12 teams will take part in it, three of which will have a super trip to Moscow, where they will visit the Skolkovo Technopark.
