The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the national Ecology project, is taking measures to reclaim disturbed lands contaminated with oily substances in the village of Shemordan in Sabinsky district. This initiative is aimed at restoring the ecosystem and preserving the biodiversity of the region, which is an important step towards improving the natural environment.
The most important stage of the project is the reconstruction of biological sewage treatment plants (BSTP), which will improve the sanitary condition of the territory and create conditions for the restoration of natural resources. In addition, the reclamation of silt fields is planned, where the contaminated layers will be removed and replaced with clean soil, which will significantly improve the quality of the soil and its fertility. As part of the implementation of the National Project "Housing and Urban Environment", the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan is actively working to improve infrastructure in such localities as the settlement of the railway station Vysokaya Gora and the Shigaleevskoye rural settlement of the Pestrechinsky municipal district. The main measures are aimed at the construction of biological treatment facilities and wastewater disposal systems, which will significantly improve the quality of life of local residents and protect the environment.
One of the key directions is also the construction of a water supply network in the Shigaleevsky rural settlement, which will provide access to clean drinking water for the population. Modern technologies and high-quality materials will help to create a reliable and durable infrastructure that meets all modern standards.
In addition, as part of the improvement, it is planned to equip 42 public spaces in the Republic of Tatarstan, which creates conditions for active leisure and recreation of citizens. It is worth noting the program for the purchase of apartments for the resettlement of citizens from the emergency housing stock, which will improve the living conditions of the most vulnerable segments of the population. The Ministry of Transport and Road Management of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the "Safe high-quality Roads" NP, is actively engaged in financial support of road activities, aiming to create a safe and efficient infrastructure. The priority is to bring highways and artificial road structures into a standard condition, which includes major repairs, reconstruction and construction of new road facilities.
The traffic management system in urban agglomerations with more than 300 thousand people requires the introduction of modern intelligent transport systems. This will automate traffic management processes, reducing the level of track loading and ensuring road safety. The use of intelligent systems, such as adaptive traffic lights, traffic monitoring and prediction systems, will become the basis for the modernization of urban transport infrastructure.
Thus, the Republic of Tatarstan strives not only to improve the quality of the road surface, but also to create an innovative ecosystem that promotes the development of sustainable and safe road traffic, which in turn will increase the level of comfort and safety for all road users.
Within the framework of the "Comprehensive plan for modernization and expansion of the main infrastructure" NP, the reconstruction of the airfield and terminal infrastructure of the Gabdulla Tukai Kazan International Airport is being carried out. The first stage of this project includes a comprehensive reconstruction of the apron, which is a key step to increase capacity and improve aircraft service conditions.
