State guarantee support within the framework of the national project helped Tatarstan entrepreneurs to attract 2.5 billion rubles

Thanks to the guaranteed republican support available within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized Enterprises" Tatarstan's business was able to attract concessional financing in the amount of 2.5 billion rubles in the first quarter of 2024. 

In three months of this year, 198 entrepreneurs of the republic benefited from state support in the form of a guarantee from the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 1.0 billion rubles. This allowed them to attract debt financing in the amount of 2.5 billion rubles to the business. 

The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the region, provides guarantees for the obligations of entrepreneurs of the republic who, according to the conclusion of financial organizations, have a stable financial position, but do not have sufficient collateral to obtain a loan.

As part of the preferential product "Support – 2024", developed to support entrepreneurs under sanctions pressure, the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan acted as a guarantor for 80 companies of the republic in the amount of 370.4 million rubles, which helped them attract almost 1 billion rubles for business development. The maximum amount of the guarantee for the product "Support – 2024" is 70 million rubles, the amount of the guarantee is up to 50% of the loan amount. The remuneration rate is fixed and is 0.5%.

Entrepreneurs of the republic operating in almost all sectors of the economy can benefit from the support of the regional Guarantee fund. The exceptions are entrepreneurs operating in the gambling business, as well as credit and insurance organizations. 

It should be noted that entrepreneurs of the republic who adhere to the canons of Islamic law will also be able to benefit from the support of the Guarantee Fund in accordance with Sharia norms for the product "Daman". The maximum amount of guarantee for the Daman product is 50 million rubles, the amount of guarantee is up to 50% of the loan amount.
