A training on strategic business development in conditions of change will be held in Tatarstan

On February 8, at 11:00 in the My Business Center in Kazan, within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship", a training on strategic planning and business development in an ever-changing environment will be held. 

The speaker will be Elvira Nabieva, a business practitioner with many years of experience, entrepreneur, head of the Academy of Children's Entrepreneurship.

The training will be based on practice without theory, with an analysis of business issues affecting the definition of the development vector and specific goals, the designation of tasks and activities for their implementation, as well as the development of a roadmap for the implementation of the strategy.

Participation for entrepreneurs and the self-employed is free, registration for the event on the SME.RF Digital Platform is required in the section "Business support measures", then select the service "Registration for training events held by the My Business Center".
