On January 18, 2024, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a strategic session on the results of the implementation by the control (supervision) bodies of measures to reduce the administrative burden on business in 2023 and to assess the regulatory impact.
The event was chaired by Deputy Minister of Economy Guzel Nasibullina.
The event was attended by representatives of the Commissioner under the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, republican control bodies (supervision), municipal control bodies, public organizations and associations of the republic.
The issues of increasing the number of preventive measures in 2024, working on draft regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan with the involvement of a wide range of business representatives, as well as the possibility of using preventive tools by control (supervision) bodies, and the use of a risk-based approach were discussed.
During the strategic session, the positive experience of individual control bodies with the maximum number of preventive visits was reviewed: the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Alcohol Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Spassky Municipal district.
Problematic issues during preventive visits, inspections and ways to solve them were discussed by the participants of the strategic session.
For 2024, the control (supervision) authorities plan to increase the share of preventive measures in the total number of control (supervisory) and preventive measures to 95%.
Also, during the meeting, issues of assessing the regulatory impact of draft regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan were raised.
