The charity fair of the republican project "School Business Start" opened today in Kazan. Young entrepreneurs from all over the republic presented their products — handmade Christmas decorations, homemade gingerbread, candles, dolls, soft toys, sweets and original interior items.
Students of grades 5-7 became participants of the program. Services and goods from 120 children from different parts of Tatarstan were presented at the site. At the same time, students will direct part of the proceeds to the treatment of their peer, 11—year-old Arthur, who is a ward of the charitable non-profit organization "Good Kazan".
The project has already received a lot of positive feedback from both teachers and children and their parents. The training program is very rich. Master classes and trainings are held for schoolchildren, where various experts, including entrepreneurs, act as speakers.
This year, more than 11 thousand schoolchildren from cities and districts of the republic became participants in the School Business Start project. For two months, the participants were trained in the format of a business game to draw up a portrait of an entrepreneur, passed special testing, and also presented their own projects, developed a business plan and a PR campaign.
At the end, 600 participants presented their projects to expert entrepreneurs. The students who have passed the test take part in a charity school fair. After the selection, the teams will go to the business case championship, which will be held in February 2024.
Elena Tikhonova recalled that the final meeting of school business companies is scheduled for April 2024. The winners will travel to Moscow and visit the Skolkovo Technopark.
