New production facilities will appear in Mendeleevsk and Chistopol
Under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov, a meeting of the commissions for the consideration of applications for the conclusion of agreements on the implementation of activities in the territories of advanced development of the region was held. 5 projects were considered.
A new investment project for the production of ready-mixed concrete will be implemented by Betonmarket LLC in Mendeleevsk. It is estimated at 70 million rubles. After the launch, in addition to concrete, the company will produce crushed stone and concrete products. A plant for the production of oils and fats will be launched at the PDA "Chistopol".
Also, the members of the commission considered amendments to the projects of residents of the PDA in Naberezhnye Chelny, Zelenodolsk and Mendeleevsk. The changes concerned an increase in the number of jobs and an increase in the cost of projects.
The Ministry of Economy reported that the republic continues to stimulate investment activity on an ongoing basis. The volume of investments in fixed assets in the first half of 2023 in Tatarstan amounted to 386.4 billion rubles, or 116.5% in comparable prices to the level of the first half of 2022. In order to increase the efficiency of interaction between participants in investment activities in Tatarstan, a Regional investment standard has been implemented among the first regions.

The standard allows one to build effective interaction with the investor throughout the entire cycle of the investment project, significantly reducing the time and simplifying the connection to the infrastructure," Midhat Shagiakhmetov said.
