In Tatarstan, Guaranteed business support is available at a rate of 0.5%

Specifically to support Tatarstan entrepreneurs under the conditions of sanctions pressure, the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan has developed a preferential guarantee product "Support – 2023" with a minimum remuneration rate of 0.5% within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative". 

Entrepreneurs of the republic operating in almost all sectors of the economy can benefit from the support of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the preferential product "Support – 2023". The exceptions are entrepreneurs operating in the gambling business, as well as credit and insurance organizations. 

Let us recall that the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan provides a guarantee when making loan financing (loan, loan, leasing, and bank guarantee) to entrepreneurs who, according to the conclusion of a financial institution, have a stable financial position, but do not have sufficient collateral.

The maximum amount of the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan for the product "Support – 2023" is 70 million rubles, the amount of the guarantee is up to 50% of the loan amount. The remuneration rate is fixed and is 0.5%.

Since the beginning of 2023, 276 entrepreneurs of the republic have received support within the framework of the product, which allowed them to attract debt financing in the amount of 5.4 billion rubles. The volume of guarantees issued amounted to 1.9 billion rubles.
