More than 200 women will be trained in business management in Tatarstan
A two-month free educational program for women "Women's Entrepreneurship", implemented within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurship", has started today at the My Business Center in Kazan. 150 women will take part in it. In total, Tatarstan girls submitted more than 400 applications for participation, of which the expert commission selected 150 people for further participation in Kazan. The training will also take place in Naberezhnye Chelny, the selection of applications for participation will end on October 20.
The participants of the program were welcomed at the grand opening by Linara Burkhanova, First Deputy Director General of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan - Head of the My Business Center.
"Women's entrepreneurship is a priority area in business support within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship". We are glad to meet so many representatives of the fair sex today in the walls of the My Business Center," Linara Burkhanova told the participants.
The educational course includes lectures, practical exercises from Russian business experts, mentors - entrepreneurs with experience in building a sustainable business will work with the participants. In the final of the program, which will take place on November 27 in Kazan and November 29 in Naberezhnye Chelny, women will present their business project to an expert jury, which will determine the winner. The project will end with a big business bachelorette party. In Naberezhnye Chelny, the program starts on October 20.
The program is aimed at helping aspiring businesswomen to open their own business and current businesswomen to scale their business.
The training is conducted with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan at the site of the Center "My Business" as part of the implementation of the national project "Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship", which was initiated by the President of the Russian Federation V. V. Putin.
