Thanks to the state guarantee support in Tatarstan in 2023, the volume of preferential business lending increased by 5 billion

Tatarstan business was able to attract more than 12 billion rubles of debt financing in 2023, thanks to the support of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, which is 5 billion more than the same period last year. The support was provided within the framework of the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative".

830 entrepreneurs of Tatarstan in 2023 took advantage of guarantee support in the amount of 5.1 billion rubles. Assistance in obtaining a record amount of debt financing in the amount of 12.4 billion rubles was provided to the business community by the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

Compared to the same period in 2022, the number of guarantees issued by the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan increased by 65.7%, and the amount of guarantees issued – by 98.6%.

Let us recall that the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan provides a guarantee when making loan financing to entrepreneurs who have a stable financial position, but do not have their own sufficient collateral.

The Support Institute implements a number of preferential guarantee products for entrepreneurs operating in rural areas, in the field of manufacturing, construction, services, trade (including on Internet sites), for exporters and residents of industrial and trading parks.
