In October, residents of Tatarstan will be able to learn from the strongest Russian business practitioners of the country. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Center "My Business" within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium entrepreneurship" are launching a free educational program "Women's entrepreneurship".
The program starts in Kazan on October 17 and October 20 in Naberezhnye Chelny and is designed for 1.5 months of intensive classes in online and offline formats.
Speakers and mentors will introduce participants to current tools for promoting business projects, tell them how to open their own business or scale an existing business.
"There are areas in business that women more often choose to implement their projects – social, educational, services, beauty industry. But now the vector is changing, the share of women entrepreneurs in all sectors of the economy is growing rapidly. And our task is to support and stimulate this activity, to give tools and knowledge for starting, developing and scaling a business," commented on the event Natalia Kondratova, First Deputy Minister of Economy - Director of the Department of Entrepreneurship Development.
The training will be conducted by leading experts-practitioners, active and purposeful women, entrepreneurs with experience in building a sustainable business will act as mentors.
Participants will learn how to analyze current business processes, determine the value of their product, master technologies to attract customers and scale their business. As part of the program, participants will be invited to launch a series of networking sessions to create a community of entrepreneurs of Tatarstan.
The result of the training will be the protection of business projects and their expert evaluation by the jury members. The project will end with a big business bachelorette party.
Let us recall that last year more than 1,000 residents of the republic applied to participate in the program, 300 of them passed the qualifying stage and 250 successfully completed training. The winner of the program was Adelia Zakirova, she created a Tatar brand of clothing and accessories with a national meaning "Shikarno", increased her income from 14 thousand to 200 thousand rubles, opened a retail outlet in Kazan and received 3 wholesale orders worth more than 100 thousand rubles.
