60 companies are located on the areas of Technopolis "Khimgrad" erected according to the national project

Technopolis "Khimgrad", located in Kazan, is one of the most famous industrial sites in Russia, involved in the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative". There are 368 resident companies located on the territory, 60 of them under the national project.

The construction of facilities under the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative" began in 2019. The total volume of investments exceeded 1 billion rubles. As part of the first and second phases of construction, seven industrial buildings were reconstructed. The area of production facilities was about 32 thousand square meters.

All the necessary utilities – heating, electricity, water supply and sanitation systems - have been carried out on the new areas of the Technopolis, built according to the national project. On the territory of Khimgrad, all the necessary infrastructure has been created, ready for use.

Thanks to this, 60 new companies have additionally entered Khimgrad, 1,050 new jobs have been created. The facilities were commissioned in March 2021.

Now the area of occupied premises built within the framework of the national project is 96%. Residents' revenue for the first half of 2023 amounted to 5 billion rubles.

The implementation of the industrial park development project made it possible to provide preferential access to small and medium-sized businesses to production areas and premises.
