The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the issue of control (supervisory) activities

Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Nasibullina at a meeting with the control (supervision) bodies announced that the main goal is to maintain entrepreneurial activity without excessive pressure from the control bodies. A videoconference meeting with territorial bodies of federal authorities, regional control (supervision) bodies and municipal control bodies was held to discuss issues of improving the results of the Republic of Tatarstan in the National Rating of the investment Climate in the subjects of the Russian Federation.

In her speech, the Deputy Minister noted the duty of control bodies to inform controlled persons on compliance with mandatory requirements by posting information on their official websites, information resources, social networks, Internet portals for entrepreneurs, messengers - WhatsApp, Telegram.

Guzel Nasibullina also announced that currently the main task of the control bodies is to shift the focus from physical checks to the prevention of violations.

In this regard, the Deputy Minister recommended that the control bodies strengthen preventive work with businesses to prevent violations and conduct activities aimed at improving the overall level of legal literacy of entrepreneurs.

Positive experience in carrying out preventive measures was shared by the head of the territorial department of the State Road Supervision of the Interregional Territorial Administration of the Federal Service for Supervision of Transport in the Volga Federal District Almaz Yarkhamov.
