800 preventive visits were carried out by control bodies in Tatarstan this year

This year, about 800 preventive visits have already taken place in Tatarstan. According to the results of the analysis of their effectiveness, conducted by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, entrepreneurs of the region positively evaluate the tool for reducing the administrative burden on business.

The Ministry of Economy of the region conducted a monthly analysis of the effectiveness of preventive visits by the control bodies. The November survey showed that the preventive visit is an effective tool for a large-scale reform in the field of control.

Thus, relying on the opinion of entrepreneurs in the republic, a really useful tool is being formed in preventive activities, the purpose of which is to increase the internal motivation of entrepreneurs to comply with mandatory requirements and reduce the risks of harm.

One of the interviewed respondents, Team Force Management LLC, whose main activity is the development of computer software, noted the usefulness of this event, as a result of which the company was informed about the mandatory requirements for the company. On-site inspectors of the supervisory authority gave recommendations to prevent violations. Such a meeting did not have a punitive character, it took place in a calm atmosphere. The entrepreneur was satisfied with the convenience and clarity of the procedure.

It should be noted that 798 preventive visits have already been carried out in Tatarstan this year. The mechanism for obtaining feedback makes it possible to identify possible violations committed by the supervisory authorities during the audit and assess business satisfaction with the quality of interaction with the CSC.

Also on the portal of the State Services of the Russian Federation, entrepreneurs of Tatarstan have the opportunity to leave a review about the preventive visit.
