Industrial mortgage launched in Tatarstan

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia announced banks for the implementation of preferential industrial mortgages, which will help to load industrial parks and build the necessary infrastructure there. In Tatarstan, you can apply for a mortgage in 13 banks.

The program involves the provision of preferential loans for up to seven years at a rate of 3% per annum for technology companies and 5% for other borrowers. The funds received in the amount of up to 500 million rubles can be used to purchase real estate for industrial production.

At the same time, the category of recipients is defined - these are business entities in the field of industry, the type of economic activity of which belongs to section "C" of the all-Russian classifier of types of economic activity according to the main OKVED.

In Tatarstan, you can apply for preferential financing under the program in 13 banks: JSC “Bank DOM.
