Entrepreneurs of Tatarstan can speak about preventive visit

On the portal of the State Services of the Russian Federation, entrepreneurs of Tatarstan have the opportunity to leave a review about the preventive visit.

So far, the only feedback tool has been pre-trial appeal. Now the entrepreneur can leave a review on the portal of the State Services of the Russian Federation about the preventive measure taken, which will help to understand the real opinion of the business.

The corresponding questionnaire can be completed in your personal account on the Portal of Public Services of the Russian Federation after the end of the preventive visit.

Recall that in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Proven Business Internet portal also launched the Feedback Module interactive service, which is a short questionnaire for receiving feedback from businesses based on the results of inspections and preventive visits.

It should be noted that about 700 preventive visits have already been carried out in Tatarstan this year. The mechanism for obtaining feedback will allow to identify possible violations committed by the supervisory authorities during the audit, and assess business satisfaction with the quality of the visit.
