To enhance the interaction of large industrial enterprises with small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Association of Enterprises and Industrialists of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a meeting of large enterprises with management companies and residents of industrial parks in the region, ready to perform certain types of work and services and provide production facilities with the appropriate infrastructure .
The venue for the event was one of the largest industrial parks in Russia - Technopolis "Khimgrad", where about 100 business representatives held B2B meetings, discussed topical issues of business development and presented their products and opportunities.
The meeting was opened by the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Shamsiev. He noted that the purpose of the meeting is to organize the interaction of large enterprises and SMEs - residents of industrial parks, as well as to present the potential and opportunities of industrial parks.
“We see that today, in the context of sanctions and the resulting shortage of some foreign components and goods necessary for production, there is a need for their prompt replacement. One of the solutions is placing orders at existing enterprises of Tatarstan, which have the appropriate competencies and, with the support of the state, will be able to produce products that meet the requirements and demands of large companies,” Airat Shamsiev emphasized.
He recalled that the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has developed a set of measures to support management companies and residents of industrial parks: tax incentives, microloans, subsidizing part of the electricity costs, guarantees from the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, programs of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund, tools for "growing", financing the construction of engineering and road infrastructure of municipal industrial parks.
One of the issues of the meeting was devoted to the possibilities of the "Import Substitution Center", which allows collecting information on import-substituting products manufactured in the country, assisting customers whose activities depended on the import of components, goods, raw materials and equipment in search of replacement products.
"Import Substitution Center" is a tool of the Republican Marketing Center, created on the basis of the federal electronic trading platform of the State Order Agency on the initiative of the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan. The tool contains proposals for manufacturers, small and medium-sized businesses, allowing them to master the production of in-demand products.
Airat Shamsiev recalled that in Tatarstan there is a successful example of localization of production capacities of an enterprise in the territory of an industrial park in a municipality. The Kazan Helicopter Plant has located a separate subdivision in the Tetyushsky district. In addition, the helicopter plant cooperates with a resident of the Nizhnekamsk industrial park for the manufacture of components.
An integrated approach to the development of interaction between large industrial enterprises with management companies and residents of industrial parks will help resolve the personnel issue, reduce commuting, and organize the production of necessary goods and services locally to replace foreign products.
