A draft law has been submitted to the State Duma on the right of those mobilized to transfer business management to trusted persons for the duration of their participation in the SVO. We are talking about military personnel who were registered as individual entrepreneurs or are the founders of an organization.
As noted in the explanatory note, the current legislation prohibits military personnel from engaging in entrepreneurial activities, owning or participating in the management of organizations. Because of this, entrepreneurs, when mobilized, have to urgently close the business or leave it.
The adoption of the bill will allow individual entrepreneurs and legal entities to transfer their organizations to trust management or simply keep their registration unchanged for a while until the owner is demobilized.
The bill provides the mobilized seven days to resolve organizational issues related to the further implementation of the activities of individual entrepreneurs or legal entities.
