The antimonopoly aspect of state and municipal information systems was discussed at Kazan Digital Week - 2022
Kazan Digital Week - 2022 has become a platform for discussing problematic issues in the areas of organizing and conducting tenders for the sale of state and municipal property in digital form.
The round table discussed the creation of a single information resource about land and real estate. It will combine disparate information contained in the information systems of state and municipal authorities, will systematize the data and eliminate their duplication.
Thanks to this approach, the time, labor and material costs of customers and contractors will be significantly reduced, which will fully optimize the processes of bidding.
The forum also touched upon the issues of the inability to participate in the auction remotely, which narrows the circle of potential bidders located outside the Republic of Tajikistan, and limits access to information about the procedures and their results in a short time.
Galimov Ilyas, Head of the Department for Development of Competition of the Department for Development of Entrepreneurship and Competition of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the discussion of these issues.
