Tatarstan has been identified as a pilot region for the introduction of remote business checks and obtaining licenses

22 September 2022, Thursday

Business checks will be carried out remotely. The solution in the digitalization of control (supervisory) and licensing activities was presented today by the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia at the Kazan Digital Week - 2022 International Forum.

The corresponding technology is planned to be launched in the near future within the framework of the pilot of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia together with the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

The pilot involves Roszdravnadzor, Rosalkogolregulirovanie, Rosakkreditatsiya, Rosprirodnadzor, Rosselkhoznadzor and regional departments of two regions - the Kirov region and Tatarstan.

Interaction in remote mode will be arranged as follows:

STEP 1: submitting an application for a license on the State Service portal - in the case of licensing / the occurrence of a reason for conducting a control (supervisory) measure - in the case of control (supervisory) activities;

STEP 2: the inspector sends a notification of an inspection remotely to the State Services portal;

STEP 3: conducting an inspection remotely (via video link), using the Inspector mobile application;

STEP 4: sending the solution to the State Services portal.

The new mechanism will save the time of specialized bodies and businesses allotted for on-site inspections, and will become a convenient and transparent tool for obtaining licenses. The results of the verification, including the video file, will be available to all participants in the interaction free of charge.
