Entrepreneurs of Tatarstan will be helped to figure out the extension of the deadlines for paying insurance premiums

The service of the Federal Tax Service of Russia helps to understand the extension of the payment of insurance premiums.

Whether the deferred payment of insurance premiums applies to an organization or an individual entrepreneur can be found out using the service "Checking the possibility of extending the payment deadlines for the simplified tax system and insurance premiums."

Recall that the deferral applies to persons whose information is contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or the Unified State Register of Legal Entities as of April 1, 2022, and also whose OKVED is reflected in the lists No. 1 and 2 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 04.29.2022 No. 776

To check, the user just needs to enter his TIN. The system will check whether the applicant complies with the requirements of the decision and reflect the result - whether or not it is possible to use the support measure.

For those who meet the criteria, payment deadlines will be proactively extended. No applications need to be submitted.

Earlier, the Government of the Russian Federation postponed for a year the deadlines for paying insurance premiums calculated for April-September 2022. The support measure is intended for companies and individual entrepreneurs that calculate them from payments and other remuneration in favor of individuals, as well as if the entrepreneur's income for 2021 exceeded 300 thousand rubles.
