The launch of a new federal anti-crisis support measure - a preferential lending program at 3-4.5%, as well as existing republican financial and non-financial business support programs on the TV channel Russia 24 on September 13 at 8.00, 17.30 and 21.00 will be told by the Deputy Director of the Department for Entrepreneurship and Competition Development Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Emil Khismatov.
