A meeting of the expert council of the interdepartmental coordinating committee on legal issues was held
Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Nasibullina took part in the meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues.
As a result of the meeting, the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in the Republic of Tatarstan” was approved, developed in order to mitigate restrictions for small and medium-sized businesses in case of minor violations of the procedure and conditions for providing support.
The draft law proposes to retain the established three-year period during which a small or medium-sized business entity should be denied support, only if such an entity misuses support funds or provides false information and documents. With regard to other types of violations of the procedure and conditions for providing support, the period of restriction on receiving support measures is reduced to one year.
In accordance with Federal Law No. 197-FZ of June 28, 2022 “On Amendments to the Federal Law “On the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in the Russian Federation”, these amendments will come into force on December 26, 2022.
