The readiness for the implementation of a new program of concessional lending for investment purposes at 3-4.5% was discussed today with the credit organizations of the republic by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov. 18 banks, which are involved in the implementation of the program in Tatarstan, were invited to the meeting. Thus, Sberbank, VTB, Ak Bars Bank, Promsvyazbank and others spoke in the discussion mode.
Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a meeting with representatives of banks operating in the Republic of Tatarstan to synchronize joint work to ensure maximum participation of Tatarstan entrepreneurs in the new business support program.
Representatives of credit organizations spoke about the situation in the bank lending market, the results of the implementation of preferential federal programs for lending to SMEs and further prospects for participation in the new program of preferential lending for investment purposes at 3-4.5%.
It was noted that now the country faces large-scale tasks for the structural transformation of the economy, its modernization, the achievement of technological sovereignty and the reorientation of international economic relations. Based on this, the new program is focused on the creation of new industries, medium and long-term business development.
According to the program, loans for investment purposes are available to small and medium-sized enterprises from the sphere of manufacturing, agricultural processing, logistics and hotel business. Rates for medium-sized businesses will be 3%, for small and micro businesses - 4.5%. Grace period of crediting - up to 3 years. Loan amount: from 50 million to 1 billion rubles. The minister called on credit organizations to develop relevant products as quickly as possible and start accepting applications from entrepreneurs.
