A consolidated list of mandatory requirements for the implementation of control and supervisory activities has been posted

The website of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan contains an updated consolidated list of mandatory requirements for the implementation of control and supervisory activities.

In this list, entrepreneurs can get acquainted with information about what requirements may be presented to them within the framework of one or another type of control (supervision) and what legal acts establish such requirements, what documents are considered during the inspection, as well as what sanctions are established for violation any mandatory requirement.

Recall that since 2016, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has organized work to maintain and update the relevant list. This measure is directly aimed at eliminating requests for redundant documents from entrepreneurs and makes the process of inspections transparent.
