Features of customs procedures when concluding a foreign trade contract - the topic of a new seminar for exporters of Tatarstan

The Export Support Center of the regional Fund for Entrepreneurship Support, subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, continues a series of seminars on the program of the Export School of the Russian Export Center for export-oriented small and medium-sized businesses. On August 12, 2022, the third seminar on the topic "Customs procedures when concluding a foreign trade contract" will be held.

Seminar speaker: federal trainer of the Export School of the Russian Export Center - Muftahutdinova Khalida will tell you how to prepare exported products for declaration at the customs authorities and obtain documents for legal support of the transaction when the foreign trade contract has already been signed.

The seminar consistently describes the main customs operations:

selection of a customs procedure, determination of the TN VED code and the country of origin of the goods;
calculation of the customs value of exported products;
collection of permits for the subsequent declaration of goods; payment of customs payments and duties;
interaction with customs control authorities for the clearance of exported goods and protection of the exporter's rights from illegal decisions or inaction of customs officials.
Training starts on August 12, at 10:00 in full-time format.

Registration starts at 9:30 in the Entrepreneur's House, at the address: Kazan, Petersburg, 28 (3rd floor).

Participation in the event is free of charge, following the results of the seminar, participants will be awarded certificates of completion of the course.
