From July 1 to November 30, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan is implementing a comprehensive training program for entrepreneurs in the region "Business for pumping".

The educational course consists of 7 blocks: 3 lessons for each topic, all information is posted on the GetCourse educational platform.

The program includes training in Unit economics and HADI cycles, allows you to understand unaccounted expenses, determine fixed and variable costs, gives an understanding of how to increase sales, select and define additional sales channels, work with personnel and employees within channels, and optimize staff. Training includes market analysis in a crisis situation, business scaling tools, investment attraction and much more.

Expert practitioners and entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan will act as teachers. Marina Stepanova, operating HRD of the plant (more than 200 employees); Shakurov Rail, an expert in building and optimizing business processes, saved his clients more than 50 million rubles in lost profits of enterprises; Sergey Petrov, an entrepreneur who has attracted more than 30 million rubles of investments from private investors and government agencies into projects.

The main features of the program: conducting classes in the mastermind format - in a small group, the auditor will analyze the business of the course participants and identify project growth areas, form an individual package of tools for boosting the business - connecting / expanding the CRM system, creating a chat bot, implementing end-to-end roistat analytics, consultation targetologist / marketer and so on; more than 20 checklists useful for existing entrepreneurs.
