An open dialogue with entrepreneurs was held in Tatarstan Rosreistry
A meeting with representatives of small and medium-sized business entities was held at the site of the Rosreistr administration across the Republic of Tatarstan to discuss the services and procedures performed by the department. It was about cadastral accounting and registration of property rights.
Also, representatives of various structures and departments, which are in direct contact with the business community, were invited to the meeting during the formalization of documents for the cadastral registration of real estate and the registration of rights.
Opening the event, Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Economy Dinar Shakirov defined the main goal of the meeting: "We want to create the best conditions for conducting business in the Republic of Tatarstan. Today, we would like to discuss with entrepreneurs and municipalities the average time for registering property rights and placing real estate in the cadastral account. We are ready to hear the proposals of the users of the service - representatives of small and medium-sized businesses that will help us to develop joint solutions to improve the investment climate in the region."
In his turn, Acting Deputy Head of Rosreistr Administration for the Republic of Tatarstan, Almaz Arslanov, in his welcoming speech, also emphasized the importance of feedback and feedback from entrepreneurs:
"Our agency pays special attention to working with small and medium-sized enterprises. For this, a special department working in this direction has been created. For KUE representatives, we have a local act, according to which the time for considering appeals is reduced. And we have other suggestions, which, in our opinion, will improve the quality of services. Further, in order to make effective management decisions, it is necessary to work together with the participants in the process.
Measures implemented in the Tatarstan Rosreistry - shortening the terms of state registration of property rights, launching SMS information about this, conducting a survey to evaluate the service provided by the chatbot on the Telegram channel, etc. - turned out to be effective, but further work in this direction is needed to improve service delivery. they noted that it is necessary to continue.
Aleksandra Abdullina, head of the State Real Estate Registration Department for investment projects, explained that the process of prolongation of the procedure often occurs during the preparation of the necessary documents for registering the real estate in the cadastral register.
To solve the problem - to reduce the number and time of cadastral registration procedures in Tatarstan Rosreistry, it is recommended to clarify small and medium business entities when applying to local self-government bodies, municipalities to independently send applications for registration of land plots to Tatarstan Rosreistry through electronic channels.
Also, as reported in the Tatarstan Rosreistr, although the reduced period of registration for representatives of KUE did not work in Tatarstan for only the first year, not all entrepreneurs know about it and submit documents to the KFE in the general flow of applicants.
It is planned to regularly hold events of this format in the Tatarstan Rosreistry, involving all interested persons in improving the regional investment climate.
